Currently free to use
KnowStride is currently free to use. There are no subscriptions or payments to KnowStride, so there are no KnowStride charges to refund. You do not need to purchase a plan to use the current service.
An unexpected charge
If you believe you have received an unexpected KnowStride charge, contact the KnowStride project team at [email protected] so we can investigate. Include the date, amount and non-sensitive reference information. Do not send a full payment card number, security code or banking password.
Third-party services
Payments you make separately to third-party providers are governed by the respective provider’s prices, terms and refund policies. This policy does not change your agreement with those providers or make KnowStride responsible for their billing.
If paid plans are introduced
Any future paid plan will state its prices, terms and refund conditions before a purchase. This policy does not authorize future charges or create a paid subscription.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory legal rights, including any refund or withdrawal rights that apply by law.
